Creating an Account with Us
You can add an item to your shopping cart as a guest, but to checkout and place an order you will need to log in with your username and password by clicking the Log In link on the green bar above. If you haven't shopped with us before and don't have an account, then you will need to create one by clicking on the Log In link and entering your details into the Log In page.
Once logged in you will be able to checkout your shopping cart contents, manage your account details, change or add new shipping/billing addresses, and change your account password. You will also be able to view your current order status and history of your previous orders.

Rest assured that your personal and credit/debit card information is safe with us. We use Secure Socket Layer 256-bit encryption technology to maintain a high security level against potential would-be hackers.
ShineTime's Cleaning Coach will never pass on personal information (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc) to third party companies.
All credit/debit card information is not processed by us, but it is actually processed by SagePay, (formerly ProTx) who are one of the leading online credit card transaction companies in the UK.
