The Cleaning Coach offers free shipping on all orders, however with regard to orders that are under £30.00 we charge a low order fee of £3.99.
Also, at the present time we are only able to process online orders, so please don't ring and expect to be able to place an order over the phone.
Pricing
Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and in UK pounds sterling. If there are any errors in the pricing of items on the web site you shall be contacted before processing of the order takes place.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards and debit cards online.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
A full refund will be given if any order is cancelled before it is dispatched to you. If you change your mind within seven days of receipt of goods, we will issue a full refund providing the goods are returned in a resalable condition, unused, and in their original packaging (on larger orders we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items). Refunds will be made with same method of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Exchanging orders
We will gladly exchange any items purchased as long as the item is sent back to us unused, resalable and in the original packing. Again, you will need to purchase the new item you desire online as we don't take telephone orders, and if the item falls below £30.00 you will have to pay the low order fee of £3.99.
Faulty Goods
If you discover any faults in any goods after five days from the date of delivery, then you should contact the manufacturer direct for a warranty/guarantee repair or replacement. Should you send any goods back to us please be aware that the process may take up to 28 days, or in some cases even longer. Warranties or guarantees from our supplier are upheld provided that the goods have been paid for in full, have been properly kept, used and maintained with the manufacturer’s instructions, and as long as the goods have not been modified without the manufacturers or our written permission.
Delivery policy
Currently we are offering free delivery on all orders over £30.00 with a small order charge of £3.99 for orders under this amount. Please be aware that this offer is available to MAINLAND UK ONLY. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Should your order be delayed more than 3 days, please inform us immediately. A delay of more than 15 days is considered lost. During periods leading up to holidays please add an additional day to the above.
Stock
If you happen to place an order that contains any out of stock items, you will be contacted via either email or telephone. Delivery times of out of stock items will be dependent upon how fast out distributors can ship the items out to us.
